NEW ALBANY, Ohio, Nov. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Employees in the New Albany headquarters of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CVGI), a leading supplier of fully-integrated system solutions for the global commercial vehicle market, participated in a Feed the Funnel food packing party benefitting the Mid-Ohio Food Bank.
CVG partnered with The Pack Shack, a nonprofit organization whose goal is to supply provisions for neighbors in need, to make and package 32,000 meals for distribution through the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. CVG covered the expense of the meals through a combination of employee donations and company support. The corporate office employees and their families then worked together to make and pack the easy-to-prepare meals to benefit local hunger relief groups.
