Patrick Miller, President, Chief Executive Officer

Patrick E. Miller has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director since November 2015.

Prior to being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Miller, was President of the Company’s Global Truck & Bus Segment. Prior to that, he served in the capacity of Senior Vice President & General Manager of Aftermarket; Senior Vice President of Global Purchasing; Vice President of Global Sales; Vice President & General Manager of North American Truck and Vice President & General Manager of Structures. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Miller held engineering, sales, and operational leadership positions with Hayes Lemmerz International, Alcoa, Inc. and ArvinMeritor.

In December 2018, Mr. Miller was appointed to the board of directors of Federal Signal Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

C. Timothy Trenary, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

C. Timothy Trenary has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2013.

Prior to joining CVG, Mr. Trenary served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ProBuild Holdings LLC, a privately held North American supplier of building materials, from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Trenary served as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of EMCON Technologies Holdings Limited, a privately held global automotive parts supplier, from 2008 to 2010; and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DURA Automotive Systems, Inc., a publicly held global automotive parts supplier, from 2007 to 2008.

In November 2017, Mr. Trenary became an organizer and in March 2018 became a member of the board of directors of Mi Bank, a de novo community bank in organization. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting with Honors from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration with Honors from the University of Detroit Mercy. Mr. Trenary is a certified public accountant with registered status in Michigan.

Laura Macias, Chief Human Resources and Public Relations Officer

Laura L. Macias has served as the Chief Human Resources and Public Relations Officer since August 2008.

Before joining CVG, Laura was with Dominion Homes, Inc. where she was a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration with responsibility for HR, marketing/communications and corporate governance. She also has prior HR and communications leadership experience from assignments as the Vice President of Human Resources for Broadband Express and the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing/Communications for Banc One Leasing Corporation.

Laura is a graduate of Ohio University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism with a Public Relations concentration. Laura is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio and holds an SPHR certification.

Doug Bowen, Senior Vice President & Managing Director Global Construction, Agriculture & Military

Doug Bowen has served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Construction, Agriculture and Military since June 2017.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Bowen served as President of the North America and Asia Pacific markets for Dayco Products, LLC accumulating more than 35 years of global OE and aftermarket experience.

Doug is a graduate of the Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is an active member of SAE International, the Heavy-Duty Manufacturers Association, the Heavy-Duty Business Forum and the Off-Highway Business Forum.

Dale M. McKillop, Senior Vice President And Managing Director, Global Trim, Wipers And Structures

Dale McKillop has served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Trim, Wipers and Structures since 2016.

Mr. McKillop joined CVG as part of the Mayflower acquisition in September 1982. He started his career as an Industrial Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Plant Manager, Operations Director and Managing Director.

Dale is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He holds an Associate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Dale served on the Board with Western Carolina Industries and was a member of the Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce and the Cleveland County Round Table in Shelby, North Carolina.

Rich Tajer, Senior Vice President & Managing Director Global Wire Harness Group

Richard Tajer joined CVG in January 2019 as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Wire Harness Group.

Prior to joining CVG, Mr. Tajer spent 20 years with Yazaki North America, where he served most recently as Executive Vice President of Electronics, Instrumentation and Components with P & L responsibility for nine manufacturing facilities and $1 billion in sales. Prior to Yazaki, Mr. Tajer obtained relevant commercial and engineering experience from Alcoa Fujikura and United Technologies.

Mr. Tajer is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University. He is an active member of SAE International, the International Institute of Connector and Interconnector Technology, and the MENTTIUM corporate mentoring program.

James Buddelmeyer, Vice President Of Global Supply Chain Management

James Buddelmeyer has served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management since February 2014.

Prior to joining CVG, James served as Vice President of Purchasing NA for Gamesa Wind, a 4B Euro Spanish manufacturer of wind turbines for electrical generation. James previously served for 28 years in various leadership roles in purchasing, supply chain and operations at ArvinMeritor, a Tier 1 global Automotive Supplier to OEMs for light vehicle and heavy truck products.

Mr. Buddelmeyer is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a member of the Philadelphia chapter of ISM.

Jack Feng, Vice President for Operational Excellence

Jack Feng has served as Vice President for Operational Excellence since October 2014.

Prior to joining CVG, Jack established and held various leadership positions at Caterpillar in Lean Six Sigma, advanced industrial and manufacturing planning and strategic human resources as well as an international assignment to Asia Pacific. Jack has also served as a tenured Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Bradley University and an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Penn State University. Previously, his consulting company conducted funded projects or provided consulting services to several multinational corporations and government agents.

Jack holds Mechanical Engineering bachelor and master’s degrees from Wuhan University of Technology and master’s and doctoral degrees in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Iowa. He serves on the Council of Industrial and Systems Engineering, the Greater Columbus Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the China State Six Sigma Promotion Committee, and the Editorial Board of International Journal of Production Research.

Aneezal H. Mohamed, General Counsel, Compliance Officer & Secretary

Aneezal H. Mohamed has served as CVG General Counsel, Compliance Officer and Secretary since February 2017.

He joined CVG in 2013, holding positions of increasing responsibility that included Associate General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Interim General Counsel and Vice President, Legal & Compliance and Secretary. Previously, Aneezal was of counsel with Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter and served in several capacities at Cardinal Health, including Senior Counsel, Vice President & Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to that, Aneezal was counsel to CMS Energy Corporation.

Aneezal is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Columbus Council on World Affairs and as a member of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
