Commercial Vehicle Group's Statement on the Death of Long-Time Board Member

NEW ALBANY, Ohio, Nov. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: CVGI) extends its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of S.A. ("Tony") Johnson who passed away on November 16, 2014 at the age of 74.  Mr. Johnson served as a member of the company's board of directors since 2000. "We mourn the passing of Tony, both as a valuable and insightful board member and a reliable friend," said Richard Snell, Chairman of the Board of CVG.
