1.What is CVG’s Vision?
 Our vision is to be the preferred global supplier of complete cab systems in the heavy-duty truck, construction and agricultural equipment markets including the specialty and military transportation markets.

2.What is CVG’s basic strategy?
 Our basic strategy is to grow our business through product innovation, diversification and geographic expansion. Longer-term, CVG plans to become less dependent on the North American Class 8 heavy-truck market, although that will remain an important segment of our business. As a global supplier to our customers, we also plan to expand geographically as they grow internationally.

 Our primary business objectives are to:

1. secure complete cab assembly contracts
2. expand our continuous improvement programs and cost reduction efforts to maximize profitability and shareholder value
3. improve the competitive position of our European and Asian manufacturing presence

5.What are CVG’s primary markets and what are they as a percent of revenue and how has it changed?
 

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc., is a Delaware (USA) corporation. We were formed as a privately-held company in August 2000.  The Company  (and its subsidiaries) is a leading supplier of a full range of cab related products and systems for the global commercial vehicle market, including the heavy-duty (Class 8) truck market, the medium-and heavy-construction vehicle markets, the military, bus, agriculture, specialty transportation, mining, industrial equipment and off-road recreational (ATV/UTV) markets.

The Company has manufacturing operations in the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Ukraine, China, India and Australia.  Our products are primarily sold in North America, Europe, China, India and the Asia/Pacific regions.  To a lesser extent, the Company also derives revenue from South and Central America, the Middle East and Africa. 

Our products include static and suspension seat systems, electronic wire harness assemblies, controls and switches, interior trim systems (including instrument panels, door panels, headliners, cabinetry and floor systems), cab structures and components, interior and exterior finishes and mirrors and wiper systems specifically designed for applications in commercial vehicles.

 In an effort to control costs, CVG does not mail quarterly reports to shareholders unless they are specifically requested. For our investors’ convenience, recent financial statements, press releases and SEC documents are available via this Web site. Current and potential investors can also sign up for e-mail alerts regarding news and other developments at CVG.

10.When will CVG announce its quarterly earnings release dates and conference calls?
 The tentative dates are listed on the event calendar located on this Web site. Because the dates are subject to change, they should be checked periodically as the release time approaches; interested parties can also sign up for e-mail alerts advising of earnings conference calls and other important CVG news.

11.Does CVG have a Dividend Reinvestment Program (DRIP)?
 CVG currently does not pay a dividend, so a dividend reinvestment program is not available. We believe our earnings are better used to make investments in growth opportunities, such as new products, acquisitions, new customer development or seeking expanded geographic markets and other investment opportunities.

12.Does CVG have a Direct Stock Purchase Program (DSPP)?
 Currently, we do not offer a Direct Stock Purchase Program.

13.Who should I contact regarding my stock certificates or ownership issues?
